My days are all quite similar, so therefore these 2 days in 1; we get up at 6:30, go to work t 6:50 and prepare breakfast then. When (almost) all guests have finished their breakfast, we make a start with preparing dinner, which means covering the tables again, put down forks and nives, many many forks and nives, and all symmetrically, so this takes a lot of time. When we have finished this, we can go to lunch and we have a break of a few hours (from 11:30 till 16:30. Then we go back again, and we continue preparing dinner, which is a lot of work. We have to prepare the tables outside, make sure (so check) that every single plate is clean, just like every knife and every fork, every glass, every ashtray, every napkin, every pillow on which the guests sit, every napkinbox, it all needs to be perfect(ly clean and symmetrical). Then, if we have time left, we can go to dinner around 18:00/18:15. If not, we can have dinner after the guests have finished their dinner, and we have made a beginning with the preparation for breakfast, around 21:30/ 22:00. After that we (Gizem and I) can go back to our rooms agaile the men keep on working. I don't know around what time they usually finish, but I think they have to work a 3 hours more than we do, in total per day. At night I'm not allowed to leave the buiding at all, because the chef says it' s too dangerous. It is not a big problem, as I am always very tired at the end of the working day. So, after I have taken a shower, my bed usually is a my best friend and I sleep around 00:00. At Sundaynight Gizem came sleeping at my room, as her room smelled a bit. We had a lot of fun together, and we slept a little later than usual, which is no problem at all, since we can get some more sleep during daytime if we want to.
